It's not up to one man, the whole ''President of the Free World'' title is simply for show imo. Just because climate change it hasn't been 'solved', it doesn't mean he doesn't care. lol

He has to work with Congress to pass bills. Congress isn't doing shit for him unless it benefits them, so basically, his hands are tied.
