Sakura didn't surpass Tsunades healing abilities.

Side note: Sakura was described as the worlds strongest medic in The Last but I take that as Tsunade retiring from practicing medicine due to Sakura's ability to carry her torch and potential to further progress her teachings/techniques. I'm not saying that the possibility isn't there of her already surpassing Tsunade as a shinobi but I would've rathered Kishi produce actual creditable feats that could be compared to things like Lee's surgery.

You can't surpass something that is perfect, you can only match it. That is why I find it hard to say she has surpassed Tsunade in medical ninjutsu. She can do all the techniques. She doesn't have any breakthroughs in medical ninjutsu that we know of.

The only way she can surpass Tsunade at healing is to get rid of the shortened life span effect of the seal and that is impossible.

Sakura has decent amount of feats. Tsunade doesn't have a lot of feats other than her past hype if you think about it.

Overall, if anything that Sakura could surpass her in besides making something new. It would be efficiency, her chakra control was always hyped so idk.

As an overall ninja she is apparently better though because genjutsu feats. That's all I got. But sheer age different is what Sakura has got on her.

Overall I think she surpassed her just because of the age she has achieved all of this by.

There's nothing to blame kishi for in this department. If only thing i wish the seal came earlier and that we got to see senjutsu from the shikkotsu forest. Alas, I am satisfied with what Sakura ended up with by gaiden as a female character.

Allow me to reassert myself: I'm not saying that Sakura hasn't surpassed Tsunade as an overall shinobi or in regards to her entirety as a shinobi because the the argument that she has is strong, I'm talking the practice of medicine individually.

Yeah that's what my first mini paragraph and second sentence focus on and my feelings about that. The rest is just me babbling because I do that alot. I say she matches Tsunade in that dept.

I agree with this, only after 3 years of training she became comparable to Tsunade (a legendary ninja) so she has had to accomplish much more in 15 year but I just wish Kishi devolved it more.

I just assumed Sakura was equal to Tsunade, but with the lack of feats, it was hard to argue that.

Kishimoto failed in a lot of things. At least Sakura wasn't his only one, truth be told. I feel like Sarada will be better than the both of them
