Hi there.
My training method is quite different from the usual training methods you see on the base, which usually involves the sensei/senpai asking some basic questions and then teaching each individual technique, via a boring template or whatever. I'm going to teach you by the method system, devised by Scorps and Lili, and modified accordingly by Reborn and me.
Method System
Now, I want to check how much you know about your basics. I want you to tell me what is chakra, ninjutsu and handseals, preferably in your own words. Use the wikia as a guide, but please don't copy paste. I don't want to make this a boring cramming session. Also, after you define these basic concepts, can you tell me what lightning in real life personifies for you? Like, how Fire signifies/personifies hope, as well as destruction.

Method System
In this system, each jutsu is grouped into the 'method' or category it falls in, irregardless of rank. For example; different forms of lightning such as bolts, currents, etc would fall under their own category, and so forth. There are several methods for Lightning Release, which I will post and explain in detail soon. After I finish explaining to you what the method entails, I'll ask you to list jutsus, which would fall under the method we would cover, which would test your understanding. Once you do that, I will teach you the jutsus of that method rank-wise and then move on to the next method.

Chakra is formed when a person mixes Physical Energy (Yang) and Mental/Spiritual Energy (Yin) and makes them one. However the conclusion of the Naruto Series showed that this was a misconception. Chakra is a different Energy source and is only enhanced, not created by the mixing of Yin and Yang. :flakez:
Ninjutsu means Ninja Techniques, i.e techniques casted by a Ninja. This field is divided into three fields of Techniques : 1) Shape Manipulation Ninjutsu : This manipulates the Shape of a Technique, 2) Elemental Manipulation Ninjutsu : This manipulates the element of a Technique, and 3) Space-Time Manipulation Ninjutsu : This manipulates the Space-Time fabric of the world.
Hand Seals are signs made by the hands to cast many Ninja and Illusion Techniques. The amount of chakra to be used in a technique is managed by the hand seals. There are Twelve Hand Seals in total and they are based on the Chinese Zodiac.
For me Lightning represents the flow of the universe the movement of Electrons through Space and Rapid Speed as it is very fast. Personality wise it can represent a person who is intelligent and can make rapid and precise decisions.

Chakra: "Chakra" is basically life essence or life force which exists in human bodies and animals. Without it, a shinobi can die. It can be considered "blood" and soul for a ninja. It is the molding of physical energies and spiritual energies in the body. Physical energy is the energy given off by the body cells and can be increased with more stamina and practise. Spiritual energy is derived from the consciousness of the mind and can be increased through great concentration and meditation. It is the basis for all almost all the ninja skills like Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, except Taijutsu in some special cases. It flows through the chakra circulatory system, and in it, there are 361 points aka nodes in the body known as tenkutsu. The function of the tenketsu is to regulate and control the flow of chakra. If these weren't present, then chakra would flow through some specific organ, thus there wouldn't be a balance in the chakra flow. Every ninja in the narutoverse possesses a chakra pool. Shinobis with a very high chakra pool like Naruto can perform a lot of higher ranked techniques like Multiple Shadow Clone Technique, etc. without having the fear of getting their chakra depleted at once. Senju Clan members for eg, have very high chakra reserves and a high physical energy aka high "Yang" energy, thus their naturally strong bodies and on the other hand, the Uchiha clan members have a very high spiritual energy, i.e. high "Yin" energy, thus their proficiency in genjutsu and visual prowess. It is possible to have high chakra if you possess very strong willpower. If chakra runs out completely in a shinobi, then he dies as shown when Kakashi died due to his chakra completely running out against Deva Pein. It can be divided into several types like:

Ninjutsu: Ninjutsu means "Ninja Arts" and is something that allows the shinobi to do something that a normal human can't do, like walking on water, manipulating elements, the usage of special as well as bladed weapons, stealth, transformation, etc. The effects of ninjutsu are real. Most of the time, it heavily relies on the usage of handseals as well as chakra. Regular ninjutsu doesn't incorporate the usage of elements for it, like stealth, a basic Rasengan, etc. Elemental Ninjutsu is an advanced form of ninjutsu, which incorporates the usage of basic 5 elements, as well as advanced combinations to create stronger jutsus which have the respective properties of the 5 elements. Elemental ninjutsu is stronger to regular ninjutsu, since regular ninjutsu only uses raw chakra, whereas, elemental ninjutsu uses both Shape Manipulation and Nature Transformation. The perfect Rp example would be that, a Wind natured or a Lightning natured Rasengan would have a greater destructive force than a standard Rasengan, obviously because the elemental Rasengan contains violently rotating chakra as well as the violently rotating chakra is given the property of the respective elements.
Handseals: Handseals are hand gestures, which primarily manipulate chakra and dictate the exact amount of chakra needed for the respective specific technique. Weaving of handseals makes chakra take different "patterns". Some techniques require a large number of handseals, which is related to the complexity of performing that technique and if not weaved properly, in order, or if the user loses focus in between, then the technique is either executed in a weaker state, or it is dispersed midway, depending on the specific technique. A good example is Water Dragon Bullet Technique. It was shown that the technique required a string of 44 handseals to perform, however the Second Hokage, Tobirama could perform it with a single handseal, due to his unparalled Water mastery. It is shown in the manga that with time, a shinobi after mastering the specific technique, requires one-literally no handseals to perform it, an example being Chidori, which required some handseals when Sasuke just learnt it. In our RP, the user can perform any 2 elemental releases of his choice, depending on the elements he has placed as specialties, with one-virtually no handseals/faster handseals. Usually, handseals are performed with both the hands, but Haku, Minato, etc have demonstrated the ability to perform it with only a single hand. The 12 basic handseals are Monkey, Ram, Dog, Horse, Dragon, Boar, Rat, Snake, Ox, Hare, Bird, Tiger.
For me, Lightning personifies destruction and wrath. You mentioned a good point about quick decisions or so(also called as lightning fast). Lightning is one of the most destructive elements in the NV, although it has some solid defensive uses too.

Moving forward, do you know how Raiton chakra is formed? A ninja can simply mold chakra, but how does one mold Raiton chakra?No questions, that was a very nice explanation.
I have no idea, but I can guess right ? I think a person will imagine his/her chakra as a stream of electric current running through the nerves (As nerves work on electric impulses) from where it will be taken to the hands and then he/she will increase the power of the current to create Lightning on the hands.

You got the rough idea.
For forming Raiton chakra, you gather your normal chakra, and then convert it into the lightning natured chakra. How do you do that? You imagine your chakra vibrating at high frequencies. Doubts?

Meaning, your chakra vibrates at high speeds. Frequency = no. of times something happens. So basically, you're making your chakra vibrate back and forth a lot of times at high speeds.

Here, take this paper and hold it between your index and middle finger. This is a special chakra paper, formed from a tree that was fed with chakra. Be completely calm, and gradually gather your raw chakra. Once you feel the energy through your body, focus upon your chakra, and visualize lightning and slowly make your chakra vibrate, increasing the frequency as you go. If done correctly, you should feel a small shock in your body. This is Raiton chakra, also known as lightning-natured chakra, which relies upon the principle of nature manipulation; making your chakra mimic the properties of one of the 5 basic natures. Channel this new chakra nature into the paper, and it should wrinkle.
Daichi took the piece of paper from Naruto Sensei and held it between his index and middle finger of his Right Hand. He then started to calm himself down. He then imagined Electricity running throughout the entirety of his body through his nerves. He visualized his chakra as the same electricity and started making his chakra vibrate. He then kept on increasing the frequency of his chakra which led to many shocks travelling throughout his body. Daichi with a lot of effort make the shocks flow towards his Right Hand and into the paper. As a reaction to his chakra, the paper immediately wrinkled.

Tell me what a projectile is.
A projectile is something which is thrown at a certain target. In the case of Lightning, it could be a Lightning Bolt or you can spread Lightning chakra on a weapon like a Kunai or a Shuriken and then throw it at a target. It can do precision damage if thrown at a vital spot and if it's not blocked.
Advantages Of Projectiles :-
1) They can be used in mid to long range which means that you do not need to get close to your enemy to deal damage. This generally keeps you safe from counter attacks by the enemy.
2) They can be launched precisely and can be used to hit Vital Spots which a normal attack cannot do.
3) Some Projectiles can be guided by the user to change direction which might surprise the opponent and hit critical areas.
Drawbacks of Projectiles :-
1) Projectiles do not really work well in short range which leaves the user vulnerable to close proximity attacks.
2) Projectiles require some concentration to be fired off, i.e; focus on the trajectory and where it needs to land so it might lead you vulnerable to attacks.
3) Projectiles might be difficult to aim towards a target when they are used from a steep vertical angle as they might fly over enemies heads or hit the ground below the enemies feet.

Don't need to list them in points. The only projectiles that can change direction are the ones attached with a string or so. Some points are invalid though.
Advantages Of Projectiles: The advantages of projectiles are that once you release them, you're free to follow up with other techniques. You can materialize a large no. of projectiles and attack the enemy from different directions. Now, this hinders the vision of the enemy to you, and vice versa. While he's busy dealing with the projectiles rushing through different directions, you can follow up with a sneak attack or an attack that immobilizes him, thus making it harder for him to evade them. They go towards the opponent quickly, and hence are useful in short range.
Disadvantages Of Projectiles: The disadvantages of projectiles are that, though quick in release, once projectiles are released you have no control over them. It's generally the same in every case with projectile based weaponry minus attachments like wire that allow you control. However in the case of chakra based projectiles like these, after exhaling exit from the point of release there is no real control over the projectiles. The direction you've launched is where it will go and it could be very easy to avoid them with basic techniques that could move you out of the line of fire. There is the problem of the rapid projectiles. What are rapid projectiles? These are projectiles divided into several parts, i.e. several wind disks fired at once, etc..now the disadvantage here is that, they don't all have the power of that particular rank, their collective power combined = the rank of the technique as a whole. What this means is, as you divide the projectiles into several shots, they considerably get weaker allowing for your opponent to exploit the weakness. Some techniques may converge at a single point (usually the target) so that they may not be able to avoid harm by just attacking individual shots, there is still that possibility. Those who try to cover a wider range with more projectiles will leave themselves at a disadvantage. The opponent can protect just their frontal. Another big disadvantage is this method is that these techniques aren't very prone to combos with other techniques, especially those of other elements. The projectiles are generally so compressed and dense that the possibility of combos isn't much. The sheer concept of a projectile makes it less prone to be comboed with wind or lightning as the projectiles would require insane precision to be comboed with a wind or lightning technique. Projectiles aren't also very usable with water for the same reason as earth as the projectiles would simply "rupture" and not deliver its effect due to the small time in contact with the combo technique.
