New series to get into?

Is there a new quality anime/manga series that would be worth getting into? And hopefully has the potential to be a long running series? im looking for a shounen/seinen but open to any genre

already up-to-date on

my hero acadamia
one punch man
black clover
dragon ball super

not many other new series i can think of

If you start now, you can get into One Punch Man and Boku no Hero Academia while they grow. OPM has 12 episodes and one Christmas special, and Boku no Hero Academia is working on developing their first series with Studio Bones (Death Note, Eureka Seven, Full Metal Alchemist, Soul Eater). OPM has over 90 chapters, while BnHA has only 72.

Dungeon ni Deai wo Motomeru no wa Machigatteiru Darou ka.

It is quite vanilla, the pacing is horrendous (chapters, where you have only 8 pages and nothing happens), but otherwise it has a nice feeling to it. Something like a "go-happy manga", I guess.

I'd recommend the anime Fate/Zero but based on your username I assume you are familiar with the series...
