it did. it dodged katsuyus acid and fodderized it, bunta came and ended up also getting fodderized before tsunade arrived.

we already have a direct battle betwen both and bunta lost so the first part of your post is irrelevant. not to mention no evidence that nagatos summon is stronger than manda
its didnt directly fight kurama, simply pinned it down due to a surprise attack upwards after being summoned that way by minato. if they were to clash head on, kurama negs it

secondly, the context of each situation is key. shukaku and bunta charged head on, there was no situation were shukaku had bunta as its mercy and the latter countered as compared to the manda situation. hence context of each battle should b take into account.

It wasn't me who put that list together, but I do agree with it and so do many others. Kurotsuchi can use those elements and it doesn't matter, she's far below Sakura. She can't harm her and gets 1-shotted. Sakura is definitely above Tsunade as an adult, she already displayed far better strength feats as a teen in the war arc. Onoki is a dying old man, and Chouji is weaker than Sakura.
