Likely Kaguya saga (filler?), and small OP update

-Itachi Shin-den arc to begin in March (as regular Shippuden episodes, not getting its own slot like some think).

-They mention that the new projects of the anime for 2016 will be about "Itachi Shin-den" and "original Kaguya" work... I'm actually not sure if this means filler or not. Japan uses the phrase "original story" for filler, but this time they said "original work".

- Starting next episode, the opening have a third small edit, replacing sasuke with another character. (uh, probably Sakura...)

-On another note, Toshiyuki Tsuru (Character designer, writer and director of the Chikara arc as wel as a few top quality episodes) - he designed the the key visual for the current Jiraiya's Novel arc... I'm not really sure what that means because I haven't esen him listed in any episode credits lately.

Wouldn't Kaguya saga likely mean Kaguya vs. Naruto and Sasuke? It's not like they would start Ootsutsuki clan filler, as Madara wasn't even defeated yet.

If there was more to her character, i wouldn't have minded it. Having to watch 2 movies to get a sense of who the **** she was is my biggest problem with the Naruto series, because we shouldn't need a damn movie for something he could have put in the manga if he didn't decide to do this crap last minute.

Naruto sales were slipping, especially in Japan. They were moving on. Look at Bleach, Naruto was about to suffer the same fate. Yeah, Naruto recently got a big boost, but look at the hype: final Naruto volume on sale, promotion for a game, and Boruto: Naruto The Movie.

No it means he has other poeple to answer in order to get his work published so the rest of us can enjoy it. If Shonen says it's time to pull the plug on your project and they give you a target date...probably be wise to meet it.

Well according to what little we know about her history, she wasn't always a chakra sucking brainless tool. She ate the fruit in the first place to stop the terrible warring. So she probably was once a compassionate and caring woman at some point in her life before the corruption took place. She probably got knocked up between the time she ate the fruit and ended the warring and when it(the fruit) finally addled her brain.

They are literally promoting filler. -.- It's so sad. I really wonder if SP has any plans of finishing the manga at all. I wouldn't be surprised if they animated all of the hiden novels.
