Naruto should be placed up there with those guys for the guts to never give up. He mastered the Rasengan which is an A rank jutsu at a very early age. While he is not a prodigy he is the true example of hard work. It is not easy taming another mind within yourself.

Naruto is a prodigy period! He just was negliected as a child. If he had a teacher from a young age. He would've been a sage mode master by the end of part 1.

Plus master the 9 tails power? If I remember correctly, he and his mama chained Kurama up and beat him up, then Naruto started using his power by force for chakra mode. Kurma decided to work with him to not be Madara's pet again. That's when Naruto became the perfect jin and release the seal completly. So Where is the hard work in that?

Lee had a strong body and high stamina even before his training with might guy. His stamina levels were the highest in his age group, only gaara and naruto had higher stamina. To handle the eight gates a strong body is necessary even adult ninja have difficulty for rock lee to handle it at 13 shows that his body is built differently from an average ninja

Neji had a bloodline like the byakugan which visualizes chakra the best out of all dojutsu, learning jutsu would be easier with such an eye.

Both neji and rock lee trained hard and I am not trying to take that away but don't forget they aren't 'normal' either
