Okay, stop. Her love for Sasuke is a part of the plot, but you obviously seem ignorant in what the emotion feels like. It makes you do and feels things you can't understand, especially when you're emotionally frustrated and constantly rejected by the one you love.See a recurring pattern here? Her love of Sasuke is a major flaw in her character.
I'm sure she does care about her friends, her village and her herself, but she's a teenage girl in the midst of a love that you could not even began to comprehend. You don't know what it's like, and if you don't know you shouldn't judge. She doesn't care about her friends, her village, even herself, she only cares about being with Sasuke.
She would do anything, anything to be with this boy that she longed so deeply for, this boy that she saw was in such need of help as his own world was falling apart, and she could not even begin to bare to see him go through such an immense and painful struggle!
Do you know what an Abusive relationship is? There are several girls who should have gotten out of their relationship when his hand first stung their face, there were several girls who should have loved and respected themselves more, but you couldn't even fathom the depths of their love for that man, that rejects any pain he inflicts upon them, that transcends beyond even our humanly capability of understanding.Sakura should have had enough self-respect to stop throwing herself at a guy that hates her guts and focused on being a better konoichi.
She could have lied to herself and said that protecting the village was more important than her feelings, but if there's one things you can't escape it's your mind and your feelings. They will weight down your back and shoulders far worse than anything else. Mix that with some confused and frustrated emotions and you have yourself a normal Human going through a phase. We're so sorry, Kishi and I, that Sakura is not the perfect human being you set expectations so high for her to be, you inconsiderate prick. She should have learned that protecting the village is more important than her personal feelings. Maybe she should have joined ANBU as a tracker ninja to stop anyone else from betraying the village.
I love her just the way she is, and she is not useless. You're just so ignorantly blind to the fact that she's done so much for so many people both physically and emotionally. Even when she was broken, she put her selfish desires aside to work towards being better and getting stronger so she can achieve a dream so important that it was made her life goal. Rescuing her love from the darkness he's sunk himself into. Sakura is a terrible, useless character? NO! QUITE THE OPPOSITE! She is a strong female, breaking down part by part yet still holding her pieces together like the true goddess she really is. Don't you dare, ever taint her name with such detestable insults, because maybe what you think of her is just a reflection of your own self insecurities!I guarantee that fans would like her a lot more if she did something badass like that, but instead she remained useless almost the entire series and is literally only in the story to have Sasuke's kids. That sucks." -Raging Light
