There was still Akautski gathering the Juubi & 2 Rinnegan in exestance. Even without Madara the entire world is in jeopardy as long as 1 Rinnegan exists. BZ still would have won I say.

Madara may not have lived but even if he didn't Obito still could have used the tree to activate IT.

Obito cant handle the juubi by himself. He needed Madara there. The juubi would have rampaged and destroyed everything lol

Actually, it is nearly impossible to say what could've happened and what not. That's because the characters don't act the perfect way. For example:

Normally, Obito wouldn't even need an edo-tensei army. Why?
- Killer Bee and Hachibi, easy win. Kamui gets the job done.
- Obito wouldn't have to declare a war against all 5 great nations, instead, he continues to act in the shadows.
- Obito visits Naruto -> Kamui. Anyone without Hiraishin is doomed, so is Naruto. Remember the kage-summit arc? Obito visited Naruto once but rather talked instead of getting the job done.
- Even if he can't defeat Naruto in a 1on1, he just leaves him starving in Kamuiland until the blonde hero is almost dead, then letting him out in the last moments -> Naruto dies -> Kurama is free -> Sharingan Genjutsu -> Kurama done
- then Obito revives Juubi in the middle of nowhere, impossible for the other nations to find him. Then everything else he would have to do is removing the seal that Madara implanted him

But even if all that doesn't work. There is still Kurozetsu.
I can imagine that he overpowers Obito in a weak moment to use Rinne Tensei, in order to bring Madara back. We know that Rinne Tensei has no fix rules, so if a edo-tensei body made of dirt with a living person inside, can be transformed into a real body... then there is also the possibility that Obito himself could literally transform into Madara. Obitos soul dies while Madaras soul comes back to life.

And Madara could've destroyed the entire alliance, together with Naruto and Sasuke, in very short time, if he wanted to.

I'm not stupid, I know how Obitos Kamui works, but thank you.
But still, Kakashi wouldn't always be there with Naruto and also wouldn't be able to learn about Kamui if Obito avoids fighting him. And Obito with a Rinnegan kills Kakashi and Yamato very quickly. But anyway, the scene in the kage-summit arc was only an example.

There wouldn't even be a shinobi alliance, if Obito didn't declare a global war in the first place. Yes, the alliance (if there is one) would be able to defeat Hachibi, but not if the other Bijuu join him.
I mean, Obito could suck in 2 or more Bijuu into Kamuiland -> traveling to one of the villages (for example Sunagakure or Iwagakure) -> releasing the bijuu -> dead people everywhere.
Even the weakest Bijuu can kill about 90% of Narutoverse.

Obito was so dumb, villain-wise, to declare a war. That broke his neck in the end.

Naruto goes insane (no, I am not joking). He loses his sole purpose to go on. Remember, he drew a lot of strength from the fact that Sasuke was alive somewhere and he was going to get him back. His unconditional love for Sasuke drove him to great lengths; every technique he learned, every step he took to befriend Kurama, even willing sacrifice he made on his own part ... was for Sasuke and no one else. Sasuke is the foil for his entire psychological and emotional development. He made Naruto strong, or the belief in acquiring that goal made him persevere and endure.

He didn't let Kakashi kill him, albeit he knew he was going to kill his Sensai and Sakura (a girl he loved back then). So, Naruto was willing to sacrifice a lot, even his Self for Sasuke. He was the core motivation for his emotional stability.

Take that out and you have a young man who has lost the one goal, the sole motivation and the lone psychological anchor that is holding him together. That incident at the bridge against Orochimaru is a telling tale. He completely lost control, when his friends were still around. He quickly used to get unhinged and deranged, allowing Kurama to make the crack larger in the seal. Imagine if he finally finds out the Sasuke is gone for good, and the only way to get him back is to use Rinne-Tensai via Nagato and become the Sage of the Six Paths baser foil, Jubi Jin.

He would surely take that leap, and the person who would aid him would be Itachi. Itachi loves no one more than Sasuke. He slaughtered his entire clan for Sasuke and didn't even show mercy to his own parents, who loved him far more than their younger son, whom they always neglected. Kabuto's ET hold was broken by KA, which issued a 'protect Konoha' command on Itachi. He should have killed Sasuke (despite not desiring to) when he blatantly declared that he would destroy Konoha.

He overcame that command and didn't care much for the village. That says a lot about the depth of Itachi's love, albeit it was severely warped and twisted. Hence, if Sasuke is killed, Itachi would leak Konoha's secret and would attack Konoha first with Akatsuki. With Sasuke out of the picture, he has no reason to protect Konoha as he was there in the village to threaten Danzo in the past. He also didn't stop other Jins abductions and assassinations, which would further dampen his spirits to keep the ruse going.

He would integrate himself well into the plan, and will either 1) abduct Naruto or 2) seek out his aid. I can defninitely see Itachi trapping himself in IT to see Sasuke or using Rinnegan's Rinne Tensai to bring him back. I cannot see Itachi and Naruto sitting still, and I can definitely see Naruto's insanity being a very definite end for his character.

He'd still be lurking, only with a different body. He would be the mastermind behind the Edo's of SW4

3.what would happen to akatsuki as both itachi and deidara would be alive

Itachi would eventually leave, and Deidara would be paired with another member of the Akatsuki.

4.would there be a war arc

Considering the plan Tsukyomi is still in the midst, I don't doubt it.

The only one I can be sure about is naruto would be as strong as he was before the war arc.

1. He would still learn rasenshuriken but this time I think his motivation would be killing danzou or sai
2. Jiraiya would still go after pain die, prompting him to learn sage mode.
