[Theory] kaido's Invulnerability

Kaido was said to be defeated by other pirates a few times, captured and tortured by the navy however no one has been able to kill. No matter the torture method it could not kill they even went as far as to say that the guillotine would break. Due to the fact that kaido is unable to be killed he himself have become obsessed with trying to kill himself that it has become his hobby.
My theory is that the previous holder of the ope ope no mi performed the perennial youth surgery on kaido which is why nothing can kill him. At first I thought to myself that he have a special type of arnamnet haki that protects him on it's own like how the fox or gaaras sand protects them but then I sat and think about the world of one piece and came to the conclusion about the ope ope no in.

OT: I kinda like the automatic CoA part, what if like Aisa on skypea Kaido was born with CoA active?

Thanks for pointing that out but I didn't see any thread about the ope ope no mi that's why I made this thread.
Since the chapter was release about him I was thinking about the automatic CoA but just decided to make the thread. It would be good if that was actually it.

I don't think the Ope Ope No Mi is what makes him so hard to kill. The way of giving immortality is called "Eternal Youth Operation" Which would imply that the kind of Immortality we're talking about here is just halting the ageing process. He's also not indestructible. He has a massive scar on his right side.

No idea what makes him "indestructible" though. Maybe he has some kind of luck manipulation, but that seems to complicated for someone like him. Maybe he has a legendary Zoan that makes him almost impossible to hurt, like the Hito Hito No Mi, Model: Chuck Norris. Maybe he's just so manly that nothing can kill him.

I get the feeling that kaido is the less brain and more Braun type and I don't think its because of his devil fruit because if he's a devil fruit user and he's captured by the navy they are going to use sea prison stone cuffs which would nullify his devil fruit ability which would then make him able of being killed.
