Inuzuka Appearance
Grimmjow is a tall, muscular man with light blue spiky hair and light blue eyes, the latter including green lines below them, similar to the eye markings on the Panthera genus of cats.
Grimmjow's attire consists of a black shirt which he keeps partially unzipped, exposing the scar he received from his early years as a ninja underneath a ragged white jacket with an upturned collar. He also wears black pants, with black boots styled differently than the sandals typically worn by shinobi, and two belts around his waist, with a sword sheathed on his left side along his top belt. On the right side of his face he wears what looks like the jawbone of some form of canine.

Personality
While appearing to be a laid-back individual, Grimmjow possesses a brutal, impulsive, and excessively violent personality alongside a lethally short temper. However, despite his aggression and obvious blood lust in battle, Grimmjow possesses a feral cunning and has a knack for quickly exploiting any opening his opponent reveals. In addition, he is blunt, sarcastic and quite sadistic, revealing a psychotic grin or laughing maniacally whenever he becomes excited. He is also very rude and quite disrespectful. Grimmjow uses none of the honorifics in the Japanese language, except when addressing his superiors (though he is quick to discard the formality when they are not around).
Grimmjow displays little respect for authority and says whatever is on his mind, regardless of whether or not it is appropriate. This attitude leads to conflicts with one of his said superiors, who holds Grimmjow in low regard. He develops an additional grudge againsta shinobi by the name of Ichigo Kurosaki for wounding him during their first two battles and is eager to return the favor. He intentionally kept the large scar on his chest from their first battle as a reminder of this. Grimmjow is also infuriated by Ichigo's belief that he can defeat him regardless of how badly he is injured, which Grimmjow sees as Ichigo looking down on him.

History
History
Born into Konoha's Inuzuka clan, Grimmjow would be expected to have somewhat of a feral side. However, even at a young age he displayed an exceptionally ruthless and aggressive mindset that would make him standout amongst the other rookies in his class. This would subsequently make Grimmjow into something of an outcast, not only amid his peers but also in his clan. As time went on Grimmjow's disposition became darker and more violent he and his ninken Pantera would spend countless hours training. This caught the eye of a mysterious shinobi by the name of Aizen. After months of being observed, Aizen approached Grimmjow with the proposition of joining a group of shinobi titled "The Espada" with Grimmjow as the sixth most powerful. Due to his natural competitive nature Grimmjow constantly tried to prove himself to be the very strongest in the group only to be beaten and brought down to his place each time.
A couple years would pass before Grimmjow and a few other Espada were sent out to dispatch of a young man named Ichigo Kurosaki. Desperate to prove himself Grimmjow pushed ahead in order to fight Ichigo himself. After a very grueling battle, the two are left exhausted and unable to finish the other off. As Grimmjow went to attempt one final strike on Ichigo he was blindsided by one of his fellow Espada. The battle between Ichigo and the Espada moved elsewhere whilst Grimmjow was left to bleed out with only Pantera by his side. Days would pass before the inuzuka was awoken by a sudden harsh shriek of pain. He opens his eyes to see an unusual looking boy grimacing in pain and heavily bleeding from the right side of his face with Pantera standing directly in front of him in a very aggressive stance. The boy's had attempted to eat Pantera but before he could, the canine attacked and took a bite out of the his face. Grimmjow began to attack the boy as well before a small group of rogue shinobi appeared and impressed with his strength, introduced themselves as Edrad Liones, Yylfordt Granz, Nakeem Grindina, and the boy's name was Di Roy Rinker. Their leader, Shawlong asks that Grimmjow join them as they bow. Reluctant at first, Grimmjow eventually agrees to join them in their quest for strength.
Sometime later, Shawlong told Grimmjow that the group has given up. They had killed at least 200 shinobi each and they had yet to feel their power rise in the slightest. They knew it would be pointless to go on with that method any farther Grimmjow told them that if they wanted to give up then it was fine, but he would have nothing to do with it. Just then, a group of Anbu ambushed them. The anbu were all killed, however the members of Grimmjow's group had all been fatally wounded (Barring him and Pantera). With his last breath, Shawlong asked if he and Pantera would eat them so as to give strength to their king once more. Grimmjow scoffed at the proposition and called them cowards before leaving. Now a country-less wanderer Grimmjow happened upon Kirigakure. He would settle there and begin his training again with the thought of getting revenge in the back of his head the whole time.
