Not necessarily. If the core of a religion is "WE LIKE TO MURDER," then no one can tell you you can't be a part of that religion, but you also wouldn't be allowed to carry out those actions.

I have yet to see someone being arrested just for labelling themselves as being Nazis.

In US they don't go to jail but in Europe they do, and that brings a lot of things into debate
