He's not racist. He's just cautious.

He's making a calculated decision to throw away compassion and focus on self preservation. Noble? no. But dumb? surely not.

Being a good business men does not equate to being a good president. A country and a company in America is two different things. Business men only care about thing and that's the bottom line. Trump is money hungry, he will do everything in his power to get it and if that means stepping over someones family an screwing the little people then so be it.

Well, if anything, politicians are much more power hungry than businessmen. Most of wars were caused by ideological politicians. Having a natural businessman, free of any ideology, in office may be a breath of fresh air.

Yes, he's not dumb. He say things, people kvetch like there's no tomorrow and then it turns out to be ok. Like "banning" muslims. Look up what he said and look up that there's law about it.

Every President talked big (except a few), Obama did nothing but make America worse, Bush too and so on.
Trump's pro guns, which is a big pro since weapons are a way for population to collapse the government if they don't do what they should do.

God Emperor Trump for President.

He may say a lot of insensitive and rude things.

But insensitive, selfish, and rude isn't the same as being dumb.

Very important to recognize that.

Trump is probably smarter than the average American tho

He is the prime candidate for the republicans to go for presidency, so he is essentially half way there. Now how does it rhyme that a potential president of the mightiest country in the world is insensitive, selfish and rude? It doesn't. This is not being dumb, it's far beyond that. This is plainly preposterous and it would really take the cake that besides being politically inept he would also be naturally stupid.

Well the Republican National Convention is still a ways off, Trump has the support of a lot of the American masses, not really that many delegates have pledged to vote for him at the convention. The Speaker of the House (who happens to be the leader of the Republicans in congress, as well as the person presiding over the Republican National Convention) has said: "It's not who we are as a party,"( ) in regards to Donald Trump. He was also supported by the head of the republicans in the Senate. Quite frankly, if Trump is elected it is almost suicide for the Republican party. It's a few week from the Iowa caucuses, and as of right now, Ted Cruz is winning in terms of GOP candidates ( ).
I can't see Trump winning the Presidential nomination at the convention, in fact, I don't even see him getting more than a handful of delegates. If anything, he'd have to run as an independent come June - that'd be his best shot. It depends on a lot of factors though, so he probably won't make a decision until June or July. As of right now, Sanders and Clinton are the only Democratic candidates worth mention. If the nominee is Trump, no presidential elector in his right mind would ever elect Trump. The democratic candidate would then have it in the bag. It's actually a political strategy that hasn't really been used much in recent years, but it has some precedence especially in more low profile elections, and elections at the state level.

ALSO, Americans in general consider the presidential campaign to be the most important when in fact the MOST important elections are those on the state and local levels. THOSE are the people who make the decisions for your particular residence/state/district - and, the people who have a lot of bearing in the government. Especially, in the House/Senate. The US has the lowest voter turnout of almost any country, people will complain and moan about presidential candidates, comment on speeches, etc. But almost no one actually votes :|
If we want change, we have to stand up and actually be a part of the political process

Hillary pretty much has this election wrapped up. If her opponent is Ted Cruz, she'll wipe him because Trump will split the votes running as independent. I'm almost 100% certain that Trump will not win the nomination. If he does, as you said, it will mean suicide for the GOP. If they nominate Trump that means they have to do a huge leap even further to the right and basically join hands with the tea baggers.

I hate to say Hillary has it wrapped up, but it's simply true. Bernie just can't get any air time with Trump in the race.

The only issue I can see is if he somehow secures enough votes whereby he becomes relevant, and then it becomes a question of "which sugar is sweetest" (I'll support the candidate which does x for me, or gives me position y as president). I don't know what's scarier, Secretary of State Trump, President Trump, or Vice President Trump. That could be a real issue, and it honestly scares me - especially, considering some of the comments he has made in regards to the types of people he'd be interacting with.
Bernie is done unless he resorts to mud slinging - something I can't see him doing tbh.

If you actually see his interviews, any question that requires actual thought, or any statement that points out his flawed logic, he'll dodge.

What if Trump doesn't actually wants to be president and has been acting this way to see how far Americans will go?

This is true. I saw a video where a man confronts Trump on Special ID Badges, Trump was silent. His skin tone is a disgrace among Pumpkins, Naruto, and even Basketball!
