How should we deal with terrorists, is the same question as, "what would Tywin do with terrorists?"

We need someone brutal and vicious. We need someone that will not only strike at terrorists, but threaten those close to them as well. We need the terrorists to have a lot more to lose than their own lives( which they don't care about).

We need to set harsh examples. The harshest possible.

We need to fight evil with evil.
