Well torture isnt a solution in all honesty on a miltary stand point you have to do what ever it takes to break your enemys will to fight by using fear tactics and make anyone be afraid to assosiate with terrable groups like these who have no concept of honor or morality and mercy but torture can be a double edged sword if you use it for that purpose
