also, what if that person wasnt actually a terrorist and youre just an ******* and discriminated because he/she fits the bill of what you thought a terrorist is?

Unless there was a significant evidence that the person you have is indeed atrocious, then by all means. If he/she had taken innocent lives doesnt matter what they believed in or on what premise but the fact that they did nothing wrong nor they were aware of something wrong and did nothing, then that person is a murderer and as such, he/she is a dead fella walking.

by all means, torture to your heart extent but thats usually not the case.

most suicide bombers are normally just casualties forced to do it.

In many places especially 3rd wolrd is nothing stopping from police or military personnel form torturing, you never hear about them. Allowing them to do it legally when the state can define what terrorism is is a bad idea.
