If IT chakra is restricted as a whole in S1 then Madara and Toneri get boned. If it's not then they win. S2 is a stomp since you decided that giving Madara access to the chakra Kaguya absorbed and became OP with was a good idea for a balanced match.

Don't forget that JJ Madara with just one Rinnegan was able to handle Rikudo Sasuke and Naruto, who were far stronger than adult Naruto and Sasuke. I can't see how they can be able to take him down, if just Toneri was enough to go toe to toe with Rikudo-less Naruto

Naruto could hold his own against Kaguya, and Kakashi could do even better against a more powerful version of Kaguya, that powered up herself by absorbing chakra from the victims of Infinite Tsukuyomi. And even pre chakra absorbing Kaguya is more powerful than Madara.

Basically, Toneri get trashed by either Kakashi, Naruto or Sasuke, and Juudara sure is strong but Naruto or Kakashi can give him a hard fight on their own, probably even defeating him (Naruto by extracting out the Bijuu and Kakashi by imprisoning Madara in the Kamui dimension); Sasuke on their side makes this a sure win. Sakura is fodder but she can help by boosting her companions with Byakugo chakra.

He's restricted from absorbing as much chakra as Kaguya but he doesn't even need that much to solo, half the amount is enough to put his Avatar above both Adult Naruto and Adult Sasuke add to the fact that he can still use "all" the chakra but not at once meaning Madara would have a huge chakra supply to keep replenishing from on top of the Juubi's chakra while Naruto and Sasuke don't.

So Naruto with his attacks could destabilize Kaguya (who is much much more powerful than Madara) but he couldn't destabilize Madara. Seems legit.

So Kakashi showed his long range Kamui was much faster than Kaguya's S/T, that was too fast for Sasuke, who was fast enough to casually react to Madara's Linbo (even physically intercepting it), which is as fast as Madara, but he couldn't Kamui GG Madara in spite of his jutsu being much faster than anything Madara can do. Seems legit.

Ignoring that Toneri is basically non factor here since Kakashi, Naruto or Sasuke can casually oneshot him in a millisecond (KCM + SM Naruto low/mid diffed him, and that Naruto is shit to Rikudo Senjutsu Naruto), so it's basically 3 people around Madara's level (one with absolute hax, one with great power, the one still very powerful and haxxed) vs Madara. Bye bye Madara.
