Okay let's just set base rules for this question.

The universe is timeless and will never end.

The particles do not change

Okay. After you die your particles get "recycled" into different parts of nature. Regardless of the time it would take, since the universe is eternal (base rule)all the exact particles that i am made of will remerge eventually in the same condition as when I died, would this mean I would be recreated with my memories?

Under what circumstances would this idea be solid?

In order for u to be reincarnated. Every bit of atoms that made up ur body and DNA would have to be aligned properly in such a way that the billions of atoms all fit perfectly and interact to create living cells in ur body. My guess is u have a better shot getting the sharingan in ur lifetime than this happening

But mate, if the universe is eternal/never ending, doesn't that mean there are no chances? Even though it may happen in trillions of years, it would still eventually happen as the universe is eternal.

But the universe isn't eternal. There are plenty of ways the end of the universe is theorised, so i'll just go with the easy one. Heat death. Once the amount of energy in the universe is constant at all points, Game over, insert coin. Oh wait, coins don't exist anymore.

Yes, that would happen eventually given the conditions you set

But he gave you a rule to go by."The universe is timeless and will never end."

Saṃsāra in Hinduism and Buddhism explains this actually.
But anyway, for you to remember your past memories would require something special. For example, people have hidden memories where they forget something for a long time but it's still in their memory storage and they can't retrieve it. When someone/something reminds them of it, they awaken the suppressed memory. Theoretically, if we were born again, we could have no memory because the people from our past lives won't be there to remind us of our hidden memory.

Would that still even be you or like an identical clone of you? Would you be able to perceive things or another you would?

I'll take your crazy and raise you one more. Chances are another you already exists. There are MORE particles in the universe (just the ones that we know of) than there are possible combinations of particles to the effect that, in all likelyhood, there are at least 10 or more exact copies of you somewhere in the universe doing the exact same thing as you now

Also, how do particles just remerge to form life?

Nope because Memories are not physical like your body.

Well honestly if you reemerged as you were when you died you'd probably die right away depending on how you met your maker. It is possible by some astronomical odd you are rearranged into the same physical being you are it will not be quite you. Your experiences and trails you've experienced in life make you what you are today......that being mayhave the same physical being as you but will not possess the same mental and emotional being that you have. Different time and different experience.
