Part 1 Naruto at Bijuu level

I just realized that Part 1 Naruto defeated Gaara in his bijuu form, all by himself without any help ._. I mean he had his summoning to help him also, but bruh, he defeated a bijuu by himself (when it took A: Two members of an Akatsuki to beat one and B: a whole village and kage to beat one...?)
...but couldn't defeat a Sasuke? I'm so confused as to how this kid on Bijuu level couldn't beat someone on....not even hokage level. What level is SRA Sasuke on? Jonin? A little higher?

Part 1 Naruto is equal t an Akatsuki member, who is equal to a Kage?

One might say "Oh the 1 tailed beats is a lot weaker than the 2 tails and 9 tailed beast". Doesn't matter, still a ****ing tailed beast, a full grown tailed beast, beaten by a kid. And don't say Shukaku was restricted in power do to being sealed in Gaara, because Juubito already confirms that a tailed beast is more focused and controlled inside a jinchuruuki, and gaara's dad didn't seal half a bijuu inside gaara, that's a "whole" bijuu Naruto fought against.

He was right there watching the whole VOTE battle. he didn't do a thing. The only way he would easily win is if he was able to bring out his 100,000 white zetsu clone army.

Please, kid. It's simple logic. I'll explain how it works: if you're saying that you like the taste of apples, that means you tasted apples - you don't need to say that you did. If you're saying that p1 Naruto is kage level, and p1 Sasuke defeated him - that automaticly makes Sasuke above kage level by your logic. You don't need to say it, either. Congratz on soloing yourself, that's some feat :sdo:
