Edit: Team 2 wins mid-high difficulty. Lee can pressure Neji with his speed while Sasuke would hit Gaara with chidori like he did previously. Chidori didn't kill Gaara but without Shukaku intervention, Gaara will die to a second chidori.
If Lee can't beat Neji by this time, with Sasuke's help, they should win.
Thats actually not a good idea , lee cant simply pressure neji with speed since he can casually react to such speeds with the byakugan and with his skill of bein able to hit tenketsu/organs even in heated combat , lee cant zip around an hit him like against gaara , every confrontation would result in tenketsus bein closed and organs gettin damaged , not to mention jyuken can end him in the first confrontation with a single blow , bad match-up lee could get one-paneled by neji if he tries to pressure him w/o gates..
In that scenario lee offers no help and is possibly taken out of the game before sasuke and gaara really get into their fight and with a monster at long-range and another monster of cqc comin at sasuke , he dies neg diff simply due to lee not activatin gates at the go..
If the scenario is reversed and lee ops to go gates at the start , which i think he would due to him fightin neji then gaara can simply cover himself and neji in his sand dome while neji upgrades gaara's chakra activity by hittin his tenketsu..
Sasuke would then try chidori which wont be missed by gaara's sand eye/byakugan and when he gets his in range , the moment his chidori pierces the dome neji time-cranks him and grabs his arm before it hits followed by the deactivation of chakra in that arm which ends the match in low diff for team1..
