Please expand Seems like a lot of potential for a smashed landslide to me. Kakashi is getting absolutely buried in a coast. His water style jutsu is what I think you're referring to but his 1000 jutsu surely come from the Sharingan and Ninja dogs work best close-mid range.

And...Kakashi is definitely the weakest Kage. It's weird to use rankings as proof when Sakura is a more offensively capable (if slightly less balanced) equal to a Sannin.

Kakashi starts off the same way darui starts off against the bros. Lightning dog to the water to shock sakura. If sakura jumps before the dog makes contact with the water the dog just meets her in the air, since it's in now way restricted to the floor. If she summons Katsuyu, Katsuyu ends up getting shocked, and being almost 100% water it's bound to do damage. Kakashi can repeat the process if necessary, or use great waterfall to keep both at bay then cut off los.
That's when clone games start. I can go on if you need me to. I haven't watched bolt the movie so any feats from there I'm not including.


And no sharingan doesn't store jutsu. Any tech he copied he'd still have.

Anyway yeah, I guess that's a very specific set of conditions...like, if I wanted Hidan to win a matchup, i'd put them in a dimension of sharp spikes everywhere. Easy instant blood. Or anybody VS Onoki in the Kaguya lava dimension, Gaara in a very specific desert.

Just feel like if that was the time then we would've seen at least one jutsu...Copying something isn't learning it. Kakashi doesn't know how to mould chakra into a rasengan or Sasuke knew how to run faster when copying Lee, it was something granted to them by using their eyes. It doesn't copy the process of understanding, learning and training. Just the attack itself.

1. Kakashi learned rasengan before he even created chidori , so off the bat he already mastered the highest level of shape manipulation.
2. Sasuke did learn lee's taijutsu, and has used it time and time again without sharingan active but because his body wasn't accustom to it it tired him quicker than normal. Even so it doesn't change the fact that he knows it.
3.Kakashi has all 5 natures according to db4. But even if we were to restrict him to the 3 he's shown he's proven to be more than capable.
