So I watched Boruto movie the other day....

And no doubt Juubito is still the most impressive in power and 2 ms Obito (via Kakashi showing) is still the most haxed.

Yea Yea, manga says Kaguya and the two aliens that appeared in the movie, along with Naru Sasuke are the strongest, but they seemed very human, it's as if Naruto and Sasuke became weaker.

Either Sasuke Or Naruto became weaker, they matured with their power ups. Naruto being able to partial transform & defend the village against a barrage of attacks & tanking a huge tbb. Sasuke swordsman skills & taijustu improved alot. Ontop of that their teamwork against momoshiki was absolutely flawless. They didnt even need to speak to one another & the attacks were well cordinated. They also covered each other mistakes & openings.

Bold: Are you saying they got weaker?

And about your post they sure did get better with their ability, but it seemed like they lost some power as well. So they got better with what they had.

They seemed to have gone from juubi jincuriki tier to Hashirama/Rinnegan Madara level imo.
