Rank: S Range: Short-Mid Chakra: 40 Damage: N/A Description: The Gold Staff of Enel is told to be forged in the skies where the heavens are located. The staff is told to be the property of an almighty and powerful god of lightning, Enel. Although these were all myths, the two staff proved to be a relic, a symbol of the God's power. The story about the dual staff is a legend, nothing but a myth but it is a fascinating one. The staffs, according to tales, originated from a mysterious city above the clouds, often known as the heavens. The god who ruled during that time went by the name of Enel, a superior lightning shinobi that was described as a god from his powers and skills of the lightning element. Enel acquired the throne to the kingdom by defeating the previous leader at that time, and proclaimed himself as god. The past workers and peacekeepers that once worked for the previous god was forced to physical labor, giving up their lives to the god. The soldiers worked to build an ultimate weapon, a weapon so strong that it had the power to obliterate a whole country on its own. Needless to say, the Enel we speak of is described as a power hungry tyrant, and despite the title he gave himself, he was no where near the ethics of a god. The plan would have succeeded, and if it did, the shinobi world would, more or less be under hos control. No soldiers or villagers had the guts nor the strength to oppose him, and every spark of rebellion was to be taken care of by lightning, in other words, death. Before his plan was set in motion, he was defeated by an unknown shinobi. Legend has it that the man was defeated by a wanderer, and the god descended from his golden thrown in the city of gods to the floors of the deepest seas. Although his body was told to be irretrievable due to the amount of pressure under the sea, the only remembrance the "God" left behind is the two brightly-yellow staffs. The staffs are made entirely of gold. Although they look like plain and simple staffs, the abilities of the staffs are what intrigues modern-day historians who seek power in the world of the Shinobi. Although they were just myths, the two staffs left behind in the land of the ninja world would be a powerful tool, if given to the right shinobi. The only reason people believe and repeatedly hear the myth is because every once a while, the villagers under the Moon country would hear the ringing of bells from the sky. A truly majestic sound that soothed every man, woman, and children yet remain unknown up to this day. The only visible relic is the two staffs, currently wielded by Ace and those who he think is worthy. The story, however, has yet to be proven. This, however, is simply a tale that is most often told to children and is not real whatsoever. Though the relic (weapons) found near the location of the area is the sole reason many argue that such a city exists. The weapon is a dual staff, including two staffs made of pure gold. It is about three meters tall and two inches in diameter. Despite the composition of the staff's, it is unexpectedly light. This is because of its fairly hollow insides, allowing the user to be able to channel chakra throughout the staff, enabling themselves to perform or activate certain abilities that correspond with the staff's. Because of its light weight, it can be hung behind the back and is easily accessible during battle. The staff itself, even when on your back, will make no difference towards the physical performance of the wielder. The user of the dual staffs will run, punch, kick, walk, move, etc as easy as they would without the staff's on their back. This, of course would have an effect on difficult and complex moves, like backflips, front flips, etc where the body needs to move in a manner that would cause the staff's to hit a solid object, like the floor. This does not mean that it is impossible, but more difficult to perform complex moves such as the ones described above. The physical attributes (height in general) of the user would also come into play whether or not a body movement, like flips, would be slowed down by the dual staffs. Restrictions: Note 1: Despite it being two staffs, you can only perform the abilities of the staffs one staff at a time, excluding the transformation ones (Meaning you can't create two whips at the same time, or heat up the staffs at the same time. You can, however, do it one turn at a time, in accordance to time frame.) Each ability used counts as a move. Note 2: Can only be wielded by Ace. and those he allow. Note 3: In NW, this can only be used by one person at a time. Note 4: Heating and transformation is obviously short-range. Note 5: The weapon can transform back to its original form an unlimited amount of time. Note 6: It is indestructible.

After becoming a formidable figure in the NW, and a teacher to others, Dean's life drastically changed. He had been a man that cared about his comrades, and had wanted to avenge his brother, but this all changed. Although he was still loyal to his village, Iwagakure, he became more careless and never minded. After effects of Keigoku the old legends say. After a while of being a Nekura, Dean's mind had become more corrupted. As the days passed it only became worse. He still had his moments of sanity, like when he was training students or casually drinking in the Village tavern. However, in battle, he unleashed his dark side which didn't show much emotion. As such, he started to gain a liking for Genjutsu, as it allowed him to express his inner demons into the physical world. This combined with Keigoku, completely changed Dean's way of doing things. Although he hasn't been in the NW for a while, he aims to return and cause all kinds of havoc. He hadn't had a good battle in such a long time, and he wasted his time doing random spars and learning new tactics. However, his inner demons wanted to kill, not fight for fun. He had to quench this... HHG Event: Having heard about a event in the NW, Dean set out to fight countless foes in order to come out on top. However, it was on a time limit. This event sent Dean from the safe confines of Iwagkaure, to travel to Sunagakure in search of an opponent. The prize could only be gained if one had a head to offer, and based upon the opponent's bounty, the highest prized head would achieve victory..and some prizes. Dean found himself facing a fellow clansmen, Urahara Kisuke. Their battle was swift, and clean. Dean came out on top with ease, and took care of Kisuke. With his severed head, Dean traveled all the way to Taro Island, only to find that the event was planned out by the Kirigakure villagers, and stopped in his tracks by an odd man, who didn't have much to say. Dean killed him too, but was too late to claim a prize or submit the head. Dean later found out this man was Kuraprika. After the event, Dean found himself waiting, for something more. His power had grown, and as such, he was contacted to be promoted in rank in the Nekura. He was now a Black Knight, and perhaps, his next trip would take him to Minas Morgul, with the new recruits. Genjutsu: - After studying Genjutsu, and learning from the best like the Sage of Deceit and the Sage of Yin, Dean decided to take his Genjutsu to the next level. He is now capable of performing all Genjutsu techniques with a single hand seal. Wind Affinity: - Due to being accustomed to the element, and having various fighting styles that revolve around the usage of Wind, Dean can now perform all Wind techniques with faster hand seals Hidden Rope Art: - After being trained by none other than SiWang Uzumaki, Dean became the Iwagakure user of the Hidden Rope Art, and now carries a large amount of chains underneath his normal clothing. -This style encompasses the raw strength of the user and requires finesse in its use. The cords/ropes/chains are constantly feed chakra from the user and hidden under the clothes of the user in such a way that they are still capable of maintaining their full bodily movement without any restriction even though it is wrapped around the arms, torso, and legs of the user.
-Constant placement of the user's chakra in the cords/ropes grants the user complete control and freeform manipulation of the ropes. - The cords/ropes//chains are made up of/laced with lines of chakra flexible/malleable metal capable of channeling chakra especially in the bulb ends of the cords/rope that are great conductors of electricity. The metal keeps the rope from being easily ignited via techniques of the user or the opponent. The most skilled users are capable of tying kunai to the ropes to attack with as well and still keep them hidden under their clothes without hurting themselves. They have scars under their clothing proving how difficult this was to master. -Master's of this technique are capable tying knots in the rope/cord/chain with a mere wiggle of the rope, that are incapable of being undone unless the user of the rope, who has their own specific way of undoing the knot, or by having the rope destroyed physically. Only the originator of Hojōjutsu is capable of undoing every knot, having mastered the technique beyond any other. -The user is capable of using their chakra to cut part of the ropes/cords or even retract them back into their body with a movement of their arms/legs. Seals: - Dean has two seals, each placed on his wrist. These seals are used to summon forth weapons, including shuriken, kunai, senbon, and even Fuma Shuriken. Rank: B-Rank Type: Supplementary Range: Short Chakra cost: N/A (-5 per tool/weapon) Damage points: N/A Description: This is a special "ninja tool summon" that allows the user to seal basic ninja tools, like shurikens, kunais, swords, etc into sealing marks placed on their clothes or their body. The ninja tools can be summoned in an instant just by touching the sealing "marks". The greatest advantage of this technique is that the time between taking out a ninja tool, taking the right stance and actually throwing it is greatly reduced and one can unleash a barrage of weapons with great speed in a small time window. Also when a weapon such as a Fūma Shuriken is summoned, the time needed to throw it can be further shortened by having prepared the weapon in fully extended form beforehand. Sasuke even shown that you can have the weapons connected to wires and linked to their sealing marks and used the technique in sealing marks he placed in his wrist bracers. Note: Can summon up to 30 basic tools per sealing mark and can have up to 2 sealing marks. Rank: S-Rank Type: Offensive Range: Short – Mid Chakra cost: 40 Damage points: 80 Description: This is a sealing jutsu that is placed upon the users body, setting it to activate on the users death. It seals everything within a large, nearby, spherical into the users body. Note: Can only be activated upon the users death. Note: The placement of this seal must be stated on the user's biography. Nekura Clan: - Dean had been promoted from being a Paladin in the clan, to now being a Black Knight. due to this, his prowess with Keigoku increased and his overall ability. He was now much stronger, and so was his Keigoku. Dean also wears the dark cloak of the Nekura at all times, showcasing his affiliation with the clan, but also his rank in the color of the emblem of the clan on his back. Due to being a Black Knight, Dean's emblem is Royal Blue in color. The Nekura clan cloak is capable of deflecting weapons with ease. Due to his body being fouled by the chakra of the 10 tailed beast in his induction to the Nekura clan, Dean's chakra system now automatically rejects outside chakra sources making it impossible to induce Genjutsu, can't be affected by Gentle Fist and other injections of chakra, like certain types of Fuuinjutsu or Jyuuken. This also makes him three times as hard to heal from medical ninjutsu. Due to this, Dean can't have a Cursed Seal nor get Sage Mode. Dean has the Mark of the Demon on his right hand. Dean also has the passive ability of the Drain. Once one of their Keigoku attacks have connected with the opponent, instead of letting their Keigoku dissipate, the Nekura bring the Keigoku back to them and pour the stolen strength from the opponent's mind into theirs. This firms up their mind, and even if they have injuries makes their mind pretend it isn't there and force the body to function as it normal would. Since this isn't really a cure, after the battle the Nekura will feel their injuries again plus an extra 25 damage points due to the strain of forcing their body. As many damage points as the opponent is hit with, that many damage points the user may force their mind to believe it isn't affecting their body.
Black Knight - The most powerful warriors of the Nekura are drafted into the Black Knights. At any given time, there may be only four of these, and they are under the direct control of the Clan Head. Consider them his personal guard or task force. Jutsu are 75% stronger than a seer's, effects similarly magnified. Keigoku can pass through most objects, but not many of them at one go. i.e., it can pass through a tree or two, but not through a whole grove of them.
Foxes - Dean somehow got his hands on one of the oldest summoning scrolls around, and was taught by Shigure-sama, on how to summon the Foxes. These Foxes are extremely powerful, and even have the ability of granting Dean some of their power in battle. This increases his overall battle prowess, and gives him certain features akin to a Fox. However, Dean saves these techniques for times when he knows he is willing to risk it all. Dean carries the summoning tattoo of the Foxes on his left forearm, and with a small amount of blood, he is capable of summoning forth any of the Foxes. Type: Supplementary Range: Self Chakra Cost: 40 Damage Points: N/A (+10 to user) Description: Fox Embodiment is basically a type of Sage Mode. The Fox partner of the user infuses his chakra into the user to the point where the summoner gains certain characteristics of the Fox partner(i.e. Kitsuha gives the user the ability to repel Fire up to B-Rank, Kitsukaze Wind up to C-Rank, etc.); however the user may use only the abilities of the certain Fox partner for the following 3 rounds. This jutsu lasts 4 turns. - May be used twice per battle. - If Kitsuha or Kitsurai uses their ability on the user, they may not use this jutsu twice. - The user grows fangs and their eyes turn red.... just putting that out there, so this technique looks cool... you know. - Must own Fox contract. Kitsune no Secchakuryoku) - Fox Bond Strength Rank: Forbidden
Type: Supplementary Range: - Chakra Cost: 50 (+15 per turn) Damage Points: N/A (+30 to the user at activation, +15 per turn) Description: After forming a strong bond with the Fox elemental species, they allow the summoner to borrow their powers. For the following 6 turns, the user will be covered in a white chakra cloak, and all their abilities will increase as shown: Taijutsu attacks are improved by 10 points. Reflexes are improved to Rocck Lee without weights speed. All Fire techniques deal 20 more damage. All Wind techniques deal 15 more damage. All Lightning Techniques deal 10 more damage. ~May be used once per battle. ~ No Water or Wind techniques during use ~The contract with Foxes must be signed, and it requires a special bond with the Foxes. ~The muscles of the user are over-solicitated, and the chakra required to maintain the technique is massive, therefore, after 6 turns of use, the user is exhausted and cannot fight anymore. Box Jellyfish: - After learning the summoning, Box Jellyfish, from Akatsuki's leader Isabella, Dean became quite good with using them in battle. So after countless battles and interaction with the Boxes, Dean gained a greater relationship with the boxes. He has a summoning tattoo on his right forearm. He can summon them with ease. Sound Release: - A more recent skill of Dean, which he learned from none other than Castiel. Through combining his Wind and Lightning chakra, Dean is capable of using Sound release.
