Naruto uses the fox for intelligence. While Kakashi uses his Icha Icha book. That book is created by the great Jiryia himself. It teaches him how to make advances when he faces his opponents. Which makes him never lose his cool in battle. Kakashi is intelligent cause he takes advise from the right places. Not from some rachet fox that has zero manners while living inside somebodies body.

Each of those times Naruto had help from Kurama. You tried.

Naruto never won by out smarting his opponents. Its just his ideals were much stronger so Kishi buffed him with power to win. Kakashi is a proven technician who can make battle plans in seconds. There is a reason he was the leader of Team Kakashi. Cause he is the most capable ninja out of the bunch. Even without sharingan he has 1000 jutsues in his arsenal. Give him chakara and he will be Hogorama level.

Well thats where Naruto's genius lies, he isn't the #1 unpredictable ninja for nothing. Its been noted on several occasions even by Kakashi himself about Naruto's genius.
