Well that's inconclusive for sure.

Don't believe there's a real way to say that, honestly. Let's compare to Naruto's Rasengan size during his battle with Sasuke

LMAO! How TF did Naruto's Rasengan become so tiny there? Didn't notice that before, it's kinda funny now.
But anyway, we can all agree upon the factor of scaling problems for that issue. The fact is Boruto's Rasengan was shown to be smaller. It was tiny AF when he first performed it in front of Sasuke and then he later grew it slightly bigger but not by much. See it when he throws his Rasengan at Momoshiki, it's really tiny. Comparatively, Naruto's Rasengan has only shrunken down at a few points. So I'd still say Part 1 Naruto's Rasengan is bigger than Boruto's, hence it is stronger.
And lastly, Boruto's Rasengan turns invisible by adding nature chakra, yes. But that doesn't change the fact that he incorporates and adds chakra to his already created Rasengan to make it so. By logic, it would be stronger.
I don't know how. As far as evidences imply, it only adds a new invisibility property. The chakra nature is added while its creation, not added to the already created Rasengan.
Even Kakashi himself pointed out that any Rasengan changed through an elemental nature would instantly become S Rank, a whole jump from the original A Rank.
Adding an elemental nature to Rasengan e.g. FRS to increase power based on the properties of the element is very different from incorporating an elemental nature within the Rasengan to introduce a new property. Kakashi was talking about the former.
I just compare it with what's shown by past examples, and then-some considering what he can do with it.
Well, examples of inanimate objects aren't very trustworthy.
