I'm sure that the new village system would seize to exist and many clans would get killed off.

Yeah, during primitive times were an establish set of technology or government system was even created. That's the "feudal age," the first three databook made some reference to it.

Naruto and Sasuke weren't alive during the feudal time period. That was Madara, Hashirama, Izuna, Tobirama, etc. time period.

Yes it was a free for all or a clan for higher during that time period. So if Akatsuki was hired to do whatever it is they do, what clans during that primitive timeline would stand a chance is the question.

Hashi and Madara beating Pein, Itachi, and Obito?

I don't see that happening. Madara wouldn't be able to use kyuubi with the two Uchihas around and both Pein and Obito can use Gedo mazou in combat too.

The only person who created the most collateral damage was Pein's village size shrina tensei, neither Madara or Hashirama have ever reached that scale.

Can you explain why you think Hashirama and Madara can take them? This is EMS Madara btw.

Hashi and Madara stand a chance. EMS Madara is capable of slicing mountains with a single swing, and Hashi has Shinsuusenju which is crazy big. Both make Pains ST small. Then there's Izuna and Tobirama.

Ems Madara won't be able to use magic garb because he won't have the kyuubi in his control. So there's not much fire power coming from him, only hashirama. Shinsuusenju is big but it is not the size of a whole village, pain's massive shrina tensei can blow it apart, wouldn't you agree? Then you have those akatsuki members like zetsu who slip through mokuton as well as Obito who can slip through mokuton or phase through every attack.

Tobirama and Izuna taking on kakazu, sasori, konan, hidan, zetsu, and kisame at the same time is way too much for them.
Each member can take out a bijuu (konan idk) or a village.
