Not so sure about the strongest person he can take on. Maybe Vista at extreme diff? I don't know. The weakest person that can take him out is probably Doflamingo. I don't see Sabo being admiral level just yet.

To me, Sabo loses to Doflamingo and couldn't scratch Fujitora when the blind man wasn't even serious. The strongest person Sabo can beat is either Vista, Jinbe or Hancock depending on who is stronger.

I see him and Luffy as equal, so a battle between them can go either way. Luffy is the strongest person he can beat and the weakest person who can defeat him, since nobody weaker than Luffy can.
I like Sabo and all but just like Marco, I think hes overrated asf as far as power goes. If you look at Sabo vs Fuji without favoritism then he never really did anything in that fight to suggest he was on some whole new level compared to Doflamingo or G4 Luffy.
An injured Luffy bruised Fuji with his most basic G3 attack despite the Admiral blocking against the attack. So why is Sabo viewed as stronger when he never even scratched Fuji? And even if he did and I'm just forgetting, how would that make Sabo stronger when Luffy never had to go all out either?
Some people even like to say Sabo is stronger due to not being blown away by fierce tiger but people seem to forget that luffy was within close range of the attack where as Sabo was much farther away and even still he was almost knocked in his ass. People also like to use Sabo being #2 of the revos as a reason but people seem to forget that Sabo still has a lot if growing to do and the revos still aren't ready to take down the WG, so nothing wrong with him not being Admiral level right now.

Lol what makes sabo stronger then doffy
Weakest person to beat sabo would prob be kuma with a brain or megllagalan (jailer )
Strongest person he can beat is prob either luffy (gear 4th included ) or vista (then again I can't c sabo tangling with mihawk as vista did) umm maybe Ivan or vista
