I need some help

This is an incomplete drawing of mine,i just wanted to test the image quality and how it looks on camera

I have photoshop CS5

And the problem is my character drawings "Outline"

I dont have a marker so i use pencil to darken those parts

But due to the location of the lightbulb in my room, some of the outlines look lighter in the picture than in real life

For eg the lower parts

So is there anyway to make the outlines of the characters dark as the other parts using photoshop??

P.S

Sometimes the image is resized to a very small size so i am gonna leave the original link here

if you still want it to look like it's drawn by pencil, then use

Brush - Color Burn mode and use like 5-10% opacity and paint on the outline a little at the time :) good luck

You can also try, along with Everztar's advice, using a black selective color layer and play around with the settings, then erase the parts that are not indented to be darker than the other areas on the selective color layer (do this by using a black soft brush)
