Would sasuke have still outclassed team 7 if Kakashi

How does Orochimaru underestimating Sasuke downplay Sasuke again? Orochimaru himself stated he couldn't keep fighting Naruto because his body failed. He was wiping the floor with 3 tails Naruto, and only left at 4 tails, which nearly murdered Jiraiya who is leagues above Kakashi at that time.

Sasuke's shunshin speed has always been remarkable. He even has an entire databook section dedicated to his "godlike" speed, something Kakashi does not have.

Kakashi was the same from the beginning to the end of Shippuden. Only improvement was Kamui. He even used the lightning wolf against pain. He didnt suddenly get better just for a War Arc. Use your common sense.

If you mean't how things would go if Kakashi was there, and Naruto decided to fight? Then Sasuke would prob. be brought back to the village. I'm sure Oro was low on chakra, since his scuffle with 4 tails Naruto.

It doesn't downplay sasuke it shows he doesn't know enough about sasuke to make any judgement also he made that statement right after naruto clawed his face. How does a single attack prove naruto was inferior? It is clear that oro was saying that just to rile up naruto.

Itachi and gai are leagues above sasuke in speed at that time yet they didn't receive DB pages talking about their speed so this point is moot. Another thing to note is sasuke and naruto are the main characters from my knowledge they always get the most pages dedicated to them hence sasuke getting that page. While his speed was impressive and definitely faster than most he wasn't that fast.
