I don't know how deep in the story we are currently but our protagonist is waaaay too troubled with other things to get romantically involved with anyone.
Most romance this series has had is Kaneki staring down Rize's blouse, Amon cockblocking himself with Akira, the Nutcracker (literally) busting some balls and Eto stripping Kanae.
The only ones I could imagine getting laid in this series are the clowns.

Agree well Eto and Kanae was more torture that romance but Kanae was in love with Tsukiyama but actually Romance is not staring at a bluse it is more with the feelings like Haise thinking about touka as a beautiful person he knew once and also Toukas friend teases her for having a boyfriend and she blushes if thats the case it could be legit i think touka feels that way about him and Knaeki as well because he did not allow her in his team but Hinami was allowed
Ayato and Hinami are legit too it seems so and Akira and Amon is obvious at all i consider them a couple already
I am against ships and i am not a shipper but to say my full opinion the only ships that are good and make sense to me and would not destroy the series are

maybe Kaneki x Touka ut i think Kaneki will have tragedy but if he would be happy end he would be with Touka i dont care for the ship and find Touka not that great but it really makes sense

I definitely disagree here. Makes no sense for an artificial one-eyed ghoul who's not even using his kagune/half Kakuja to beat a natural born one-eyed ghoul that's cannibalized and fought for years. How can you say that it makes no sense? It's this exact difference of him being artificially made into a ghoul that might make the whole difference. Maybe this exact implantation changed his organism in a way that functions differently from Eto's. And besides, he wasn't just sitting around for the past 3 years, he was being trained by Arima himself. Other than that, who says that weren't giving ghouls to eat? He was just under suppresants most of the time so we can't really know

But eto does have quite the interest in kaneki's development, maybe she see that he could be just as strong and ruthless as her and view him as a valuable asset, they similar after all.
I believe she be trying to break him down and build him back up in her image, she does believe she is a god or she could just like f!cking with her food before she eat it. Its hard to guess her true intention.

And what exactly is this based on? That myth mentioned by Itori about one-eyed ghouls being vastly superior to normal ghouls was about naturally born one-eyed ghouls, not artificial. How does him being artificial make him better?

Well i dont understand the ship as for me i see no absolute reason to ship it in the first place but whatever lets leave things like they are and forget this
They are One Eyeds but not sinilar too much she is natursl he is artifical and he has a different past with being abused
I dont think they feel the exact same way maybe just a bit with the world is hard thoguh she seems to hate the world more thsn him i believe

1) My reasoning on the first one is the power of Kaneki as we've seen in these latest chapter. It's at leas something which would make sense if you take into account his genetics, I don't know. Maybe the rc cells in his ornagism are "used" in a more efficien way which gives him more energy.
2) It all comes down to his organism. There might be something special about it. I can't give any definite proof here other than his obvious sudden increase of power. We need to wait till we learn more. The fact is though, that even if Eto was fooling around, Kaneki didn't even break a sweat to play along and her carelessness was about to cost her a head. She wasn't even able react to that last attack. That surpassed "her game mode".
3) Bold might be a speculation but we know that it's a logical one. Arima amongst others, took an interest in Kaneki because of having witnessed his half-Kakuja mode. If that mode was what they were after, why wouldn't they feed him the necessary nutrition to perfect that weapon and why would they even sacrifice human bodies while they could feed him the ghouls they kill. As Haise, he was always afraid of Arima, we've just witnessed how much he was holding back. When Arima fights, he does so for the kill, Haise was seeing him as a father in his mind, he couldn't go that far and I even doubt that they would let his kakuja ran wild since they would have to kill him if they couldn't control him. However, it is possible that were feeding him ghouls while having him under rc suppresants to avoid that (another reason for not being as strong), one the effect of them runs out, who knows...

Hey, I hope that after pr during this arc, we get some meaty really fleshed out background story on eto life with noro and how he become a corpse animed by eto, maybe his death drove her over the egde.
And I think the yuzen is similar to gendo, shinji's dad from evangelion, they both gave up their children after being responsible for the death of their mother because they believed that all they would do is hurt them but in the end they did more damage to their lives and cause them more pain than if they had been there from the first.
