Also, As aforementioned much earlier in the manga/show, ninja can't jump like that, nor can they run/ jump on trees without using some form of chakra to keep them from slipping. And no Asuma dodged all of Kisame's attempts at trying to use Kenjutsu, countered with a blow and forced Kisame to immediately resort to ninjutsu. Thats an L for Kisame in CQC against Asuma, no debate.

Hidan's statements are unclear because he is a cocky bastard, who would even say "I just can't hit anything" and then later he was shown to precisely pinpoint Asuma with his scythe gaining blood. He's being extremely sarcastic if you didn't notice.

Thats not saying much for you as feats speak louder than statements like this. Not to mention I'm not sure how this even proves Kisame > Hidan in taijutsu.
