A small mini-series can be made for Team Taka and the missions they did for Orochimaru. Remember, Karin others knew about the hawk summon, Obito didn't. Which means, Sasuke did leave Orochimaru's compound to carry out missons and travel to far off places.

The only ones that can react to Sasukes ameno is those who possess RSM or sense chakra! But if those users or DBZ characters tried to blitz Sasuke they get stabbed with a sword, which is 100% unstoppable.
