Why you want to do that? Are you a teacher or something?
If you are just a random guy recruiting kids to sell candy, this is pathetic and creepy.
Here's the question: If I bought $300 bucks worth of candy and recruited several kids, with the permission of their parents, to sell it for me, raising the price of the candy by a $1.00 each and give them a 45% cut of the profits from each recruit, is it illegal? Because I keep getting mixed answers.
I was just thinking that it would be a great idea, plus the kids would be earning some money on the side. I take 55% from the profits that each kid made, buy more candy and take them to other neighborhoods to sell it. Everybody wins.
