I don't think Naruto remembers that Hinata confessed to him

This would explain why Naruto never replied back to her. The movie did kind of slapped him in the face with her memories in which he finally started acting like Hinata was a member of the opposite ***.

I think if Naruto remembers Hinata charging towards Pain, he would remember her confession, since it was before the transformation started, considering what Evidence 4 provides.

Evidence number 4 soloed your thread
How?

I think that's all he remembers though. Hinata jumped in + got harmed + lost of control. He calls back to that situation later in the war and acts like nothing happened.

Look at how much he remembers just from going 3t.

If we take Naruto: The Last as canon (which lots of people do), then we know that Naruto did not accurately know what "I love you" meant until being explained what it meant. He likely just thought of it as "I acknowledge you" like several of his buddies said in the past. So he thought nothing of it, romantically, at the time, yet he still remembers it.

That makes sense.

Yeah... you kinda blew it OP. You almost had something.
Yeah. I was just going through scans until the gym opens up...

I thought I was onto something too but the movie did say something about him thinking what love meant incorrectly.

You proved yourself wrong without realizing, Naruto remembers Hinata's interference. He only doesn't recall what happens when Kyuubi takes over, the first 3 evidences prove that as well. Naruto was wide awake and aware when Hinata confessed.
