Why Kaguya and Shinju going after Chakura?

Normal human being are born with Chakura. Kaguya and her alien clan Otstusuki also born with chakura therefore able to manifestating Byakugan abilities even before kaguya ate the fruit. Animals also born with chakura we can see toads sage and the rest of summoning animal are not connected with shinju and Kaguya.

Therefore Kaguya is not the ancestor of Chakura because if she so then the entire human being should be the children of Kaguya not just Uzumaki, Senju, Hyuga and Uchiha. As stated in manga, Hagoromo is the one who introduce the principle of Nishuu for peace however the human turn his teachings into Ninjutsu/war. As sum up, why Kaguya trying to absorb chakura not related with Shinju chakura but the mankind chakura as well? So the shinobi are not using Kaguya/shinjuu chakura but their own potent chakura to fight therefore Kaguya has no right to absorb the human power into herself and shinjuu ... right?

Kaguya enemy is Hagoromo and Hamura not because they have her chakura but the brothers twisted her power so that human able to use ninjutsu to fight with each other right?

So this is the problem, Hagoromo is the one who spread her chakura so hagoromo is the one responsible to take the blame. I find out kaguya use to be a sincere mother, but her son are going against her.

Doubt it, Kaguya & the otstusuki had white/lavender eyes, after she ate the fruit she awakened byakugan & other Otstusuki did through the generations.

Humans may have been born with chakra but didn't know how to use it or know about it at all. However its more likely that after Ashura & Indra's descendants & They various Hyūga's on earth got with regular humans & began interbreeding.

Or after Ashura spreaded Ninshuu humans slightly evolved of a couple generations to manifest their own chakra from birth, and certain blood lines were granted special abilities ex: KKG

Her sons went against her because she stopped being a "sincere mother". Kaguya lost her mind to the Shinju's influence and greed, which is part of the reason why she became a despot and began trapping people in the Infinite Tsukuyomi. It's why she hated her sons for inheriting her chakra, and why she became the Ten-Tails in order to kill them and take it back.

What makes you think Hagoromo and Hamura were in the wrong? They were defending themselves.
