We all know Sasuke either copied Naruto, Minato, or JJ Madara's speed to become fast.

He had the MS, then EMS, now Rinnegan he can pick up movements in a heartbeat bruh it was obvious he repelled the samurai technique by copying it which has a speed requirement. We all know Sasuke is a child prodigy he can pick things up quicker than others that is why it took him less time to achieve Lee's speed.

Most Naruto characters aren't that fast without some sort of enhancement whether Chakra related or KKG. The only few I've seen are Gai, Lee, and Minato. (**** Otsutsuki shinobi as well)

still an impressive feat, being able to copy lees speed. especially given that he didnt actually see that fight. by your logic, we can give sasuke every single taijutsu feat in the manga, on the basis that it is physically possible.
