Lets Talk about Asuma and Kakuzu

Is he a fodder or Hidan was a bad match up for him with no intel?I mean the guy is a jounin and the guy was getting compliments from a lot of people.But he would lose negative diffuculty against the weakest akatsuki member if it was not for shikamaru.

Lets come to you now Kakuzu.Your skills are good,at lying of course.How can you with your skill level can even fight hashirama yet alone survive?The only thing I can think of is the god of the shinobi was 10 years old and didnt know kakuzu had more hearts so he stopped fighting thinking that kakuzu is already dead.And since his fighting were reminding fodders he didnt think kakuzu had such a trick?Thoughts?

Not all jonin are the same level. Asuma was never on the level of kakashi and gai, even sharinganless kakashi is better than him.

As for kakuzu I think he merely tried to use simple assassin tactics to kill the shodaime there was no full head on battle, once he failed to kill hashirama he probably bailed with some doton technique.

Well Deidara's weakness is gengutsu so against sharingan users he's screwed but he did get help from Tobi so **** it, yes, he probably is

He pretty much beat someone who had defeated a Kage, Deidara, thats as direct a comparison as you can make.

Hebi Sasuke schools Tsunade. He beats atleast 2 of the Gokage during the war. I think its safe to say he's Kage level.

As for current Kage? Lol he literally would only lose to Gaara, they aren't that impressive from what we've seen of them.

1.Hidan was hunting Bijuus just before dealing with Asuma. And with no intel on him for a CQC fighter is suicide.

2.Kishi himself didn't know how strong he was gonna make Hashirama, this is evident by the fact that he called Hiruzen the strongest and then gave that title up easily to Hashirama. Kakuzu was supposed to be a top tier back then but then the power levels got out of hand.
