Alright well first explain to me in a paragraph or more:

What is chakra?
What is ninjutsu?
What kind of ninjutsu exists?
How does one manifest ninjutsu?

Chakra is needed in every jutsu that has been ever made. It's used in hand-seals, can be control and manipulated to form into different the user wants it to form.Chakra is used on to walk on water, to exhale fire & to create illusions. It is an energy created by molding both physical as well as spiritual power.

Ninjutsu means "ninja techniques which means a term referring to almost any technique which allows the user to do something that they otherwise would be incapable of doing, including the usage of weapons.More complex ninjutsu manipulate one's surroundings or utilize the elements, respectively serving such tasks as healing others or manipulating nature transformations.

There are two types of Ninjutsu. Simple Ninjutsu is just the manipulation of the chakra. Where as Elemental Ninjutsu is the manipulating as well as changing the nature of chakra into difeerent forms, like fire, lightning, water, earth and wind. And there are also NB Ninjutsu.

One manifests Ninjutsu by changing the shape and nature of the chakra.

Okay digging further into the theoretical side what do you have to say about mediums used to perform various tasks? Like, how are these objects and things you want created?

Not really what i was looking for. Mediums are things ones use to use in the process of producing an effect. Like "handseals" vs no handseals. "Using your body" vs handseals.

Pretty much things that classify as mediums are like unconventional ways a jutsu can be triggered. Like when people say a genjutsu is activated by you looking at their body or focusing on some kind of stimuli. Understand?

Put them in your mouth and then concentrate on spitting them at my clone..

Itachi puts the needles in his mouth and pricked one of them inside his mouth *Ouch....* and as he moved his mouth to yell Ouch, he pricks another one and this creates a painful situation for him.

Then he spits the needles from his mouth that hits the clone and poof, turns the clone into smoke.

Now i want you to throw them at my clone but the purpose is to throw them in a way that one is hidden in the shadow of the first, giving the illusion that its only one shuriken coming towards him..

Itachi takes the two windmill shurikens and throws them such that one of the shurikens hide in the shadow of the other shuriken making it seem that there is only one shuriken.

The clone dodges the first one but gets hit by the 2nd shuriken and thus urns into smoke.

Priest gives Orochimaru a scroll containing the first set of technique while making a hundred clones for the purpose of training.

The techniques are quite simple and easy to master. The first one is about making an illusionary clone by imagining one's image while focusing chakra to manifest it. The second is about concealing one's presence from detection. The third one is for stealth and deception. The student would be able to change his appearance and become anything he wants. Though this are mere illusionary form and non of the appearance is real.
