no, in every panel the webs were being blown around neji until he stopped spinning & releasing chakra to reset himself - (then deflected an arrow by diverting from kaiten to a directed chakra blow, that kido remarks too, after completely stopping). he decided it was futile.
this, because he was also gaurding his blind spot from kidos sniping under the cover of the spiders. that why he needed to keep his spin & not just blow things away.
but people have trouble w/ context around here, so...
again w/ the strawman/fallacious comparison

This reply goes to Zex too, at that point they weren't being held down by anything the spiders are just bouncing off and the webs aren't being thrown off.

And you completely missed the point, once again. The webs were solely used in order to stop Kaitens rotation. And that is exactly what it did. The webs not touching Neji until he stopped emitting the chakra is irrelevant, because that wasn't the webs purpose. The defenses strength comes from the speed of it's rotation in order to parry attacks away, not when it's stationary.
You did, because the webs didn't overwhelm Kaiton with "mass/energy", nor did it hit Neji's body. It binded the Kaiten, and halted the rotation. Cannonical proof that Kaitens rotation can in fact be halted. I don't know what your meaning of mass is, but mine is a large body of matter, and Kiba fits the description. Kiba only producing "a single attack" is once again, irrelevant. His giant mass, driving penetrative force, and counteractive rotation will also create a drag on Neji's rotation. And it is a fallacy on your part that Kiba can only produce a single attack. With the addition of Kage Bunshins in his arsenal, Kiba can create two Sotoros - which can attack numerous times, as shown in the manga.

Plus, look at the background, he's INSIDE rotation yet his headband was taken off by a Mokuton stick. So obviously what you initially stated is wrong, since he didn't lose after he stopped spinning, he lost while he was still spinning.

No dumb ass Every instance when rotation is used the hyuga using it is blurred because of the chakra not being clear like you suggest it to be. Manga fact! I'll break it down for you even further to a Pre-K level:

A. Keeps spinning infinitely but gets slower.
B. Eventually stops because of the lost momentum it had when first spin'ed at full velocity (speed and force).
C. Keeps spinning but slows down then pick up speed then slow down to just keep picking up speed.

When rotation is used only a blur is showed because of the thick chakra being condensed. You can literally see the wind spin along the Chakra compressed dome as well. Common sense would tell you his hair would be Whipped around his neck if he were still spinning based on Life facts.
