Like I said, anyone who claims Tsunade has some sort of natural strength that allowed her to pick up Gamabunta's sword, is making shit up.

If Tsunade somebody who isn't a full senju, has natural super strength due to her being a senju and what not.. then Hashirama's strength should OP and somewhere along the lines of the Raikages.. sadly its not.

You can use chakra to enhance your strength.. which isn't restricted to simply punching.

BUTTT, the seal isn't spread out to her body bro. If Sakura used her seal chakra + her normal chakra for the punch, the impact would be twice the size of the punch she used against the clones.

DB 2 explains the mechanics behind Tsunade's strength. She has some form of physical strength but its really extensive chakra control in the body.
