- Sound Genjutsu disrupts Madara's chakra, which basically means: Messes/cancels clones, drops Susanoo, stops control over Mokuton, and restricts Madara's movement.

You don't think Mokuton can make it up? I was honestly thinking FTW or Mokuryu would be hard to deal with. It definately means his summons are out of the picture. I don't see Hakugeki working in a super large scale fight really either.

Then you have have all the Mokubunshin attacking him too with their Susano'O. Which I'm sure Madara can sustain since he can fight a multi day fight with Hashirama while controlling the Kyuubi and using PS. I don't believe he has anything that outright conters Magatama either

Manda II is a good counter for Mokuryu and Flower World. It lets him elevate himself above the pollen and Mokuryu can't overpower it. Hakugeki is useless, I can agree to that.

Though I forgot about his 25 Susanoo clones. I'll agree that he wins.
