He can't react properly to lightened Ay's speed given that Minato didn't have it easy reacting to V2 Ay alone. Lightened V2 Ay>V2 Ay>V1 Ay>Base Raikage=Minato in reaction, so if Tobirama tries to teleport close and tag him, Ay reacts and clobbers him.

Gaara uses the environment to move Tobirama's kunais into a single spot so Tobi has nowhere to teleport to but his clones which get overwhelmed by lightened Ay and Gaara. This is a game of cat and mouse and the Gokage will end up cornering him.

The thing is Tobirama reacted to Juubito. The only issue was that he isnt capable of physically avoiding him. Ay is still moving slower then Juubito, so he should be able teleport away from that speed. As it only needs his Mind reaction here.

Tobirama has the best reaction speed (ignoring Rikudo characters) in the manga barring SM Hashirama and BSM Naruto. I think he could mentally react to Ay's lightened speed and Hirashin to a clone, kunai or Edo. Moreover, he can sense Ay's chakra build-up on his feet and switch places with a clone like what Tobirama and Minato did in order to juke, before the blitz is started.

-Gojo shits on the Kage since no defence they can instantly use will be stopping it. That's already gg from the beginning. Ay dodges but that won't help him since he dies in a 1v1 or 1v2.
-You gave him an overpowered weapon, that basically means any single touch is a likely kill or a paralysis (except against Ay).
-Every Suiton means he gets Kisame's Water shockwave and Mei's massive Suiton? Not sure but that would make this fight pretty easy.
-Shadow Clones spamming Shunshin and Hirashin while Tobirama is using Gojo with Edo's means the Kage are fuked

The faster you move doesn't change the speed of your brain giving the order to move away.

Lightened Ay doesn't start dodging before regular Ay. He just dodges faster.

Ay's mental reaction doesn't change, but I'm talking about him physically hitting Tobirama after he reacts. The faster he moves the faster he can land a strike. If he moves faster than Tobirama he can hit him before he ports away

Edit: so I'm basically using "react" in the broader sense of physical reaction, like if someone were to say "he swung at me but I reacted" to mean "He swung at me but I did more than just mentslly react, I blocked him"

Don't you think, that in the split second after Tobirama teleports, he has to adjust to his new surroundings and take in what's happening at the new location before he knows he needs to teleport again? So teleporting somewhere --> reacting --> teleporting again should logically be more difficult than just reacting to an incoming blitz and teleporting. Plus, did Tobirama actually react to Juubito? I thought he got blitzed.

Why does Tobirama need to teleport again? Ay isnt going to have no idea where he is porting. Yes Tobirama react to Juubito since he tagged him. This is sorta the same case as 2T Sasuke vs Lee.

- How so? When Gaara sand speed had difficulty blocking Joki speed.
- Not sure how this will help against a high level Suiton user. Cause you know Slugs and Water...
