Any time he manages to trap him with sand, Tobirama gets away with FTG. Not to mention, Tobirama with just sunshin should be a lot faster than Joki Boy, who could dodge the sand. Not to mention, with the usage of Kage bunshin and edo tensei as explosives Gaara would get overwhelmed.
