If you see the proportions between the jewel and the construct they are obviously the same size, even pixel calcs put them around the same height (ranging between 250 and 300 meters). Only possible exception is EMS Sasuke's PS if you think there is a difference in size between Half and Full Kurama.

There is a big diff between full and half kurama. Sasuke PS is not larger than Madaras. The only thing that stays constant is the jewel surrounding their bodies.

Kurama's size debate leads nowhere, i personally don't express myself anymore on the matter since it leads nowhere because no successful conclusion can be reached. And no, since the size proportion between the head and the jewel is always the same between every PS, and since Madara's doesn't have a ridicolously small head we can say for certain it's as big as RG Sasuke's, Kakashi's and Indra's PS.

It's slightly smaller than or most probably equal to Madara's PS (assuming by their respective chakra prowess). Though the size is never drawn to scale, so it might look smaller or bigger on occasions.

I agree, but the bodies inside the jewels aren't always the same size:

It seems that Indra's, Madara's and Kakashi's jewels are a bit less big than Sasuke's compared to their own bodies, although there isn't a big difference.
