[Theory] Blackbeard pirates powers are not based of Rank

Listen some people said Jesus Burgess because of being First Commander is the second strongest after Blackbeard but to be honest Shiryu who is on Magellans level i imagine him being stronger but Shiryu is second commander

But actually i think the crew emmbers are not ranked by power also i belive Teach first crewmate was Burgess

For example Whitebeards first crew mate probably was Marco and first Commander well Marco was strongest but Jozu who was if i am correct Third was probably stronger than Ace who was 2 i just assume that because Level 6 was Ace just like Crocodile and Jozu hit Crocodile hard also Jozu made Kuzan bleed which Ace could not

Well anyway my point is that commander rank has probably nothing to do with power and i think the first commander is always the first Crewmate so yeah i believe Burgess is first member that joined

Also all the prisoners that Blackbeard rescued are Level 6 and never mentionend because of their cruelty so i think it is unpredictabe who is stronger than who i just assume Shiryu is second strongest because he is said to be Magellans power

Ranks doesn't mean strong.It may refers as who is most trusted in the crew by captain or join first.Also you see 7 captain of luffy can't be judged like power level ranks as well.BB whole crew potential is not known but some members are from level six so they should be powerful enough.
