The reason why BPS was so powerful, was because Sasuke pulled potent chakra from external sources. His own chakra is enough to stalemate Naruto's regular KA. But if Naruto increased his own power, Sasuke's own chakra cannot provide a buff on that level when the Susano'o is already created from that same chakra. Speaking theoretically if he were capable of doing that.

So logically Asura Avatar is stronger.

Now unlike Sasuke who lost bijuus chakra Naruto still can collect that giant amount of Nature energy.

Now add Full Kurama on top of that and winner is obvious.
