All those guys are wearing similar fur-like coats and have horns or fake horn decorations. It's not unusual for crew mates to have a similar fashion outfits. So if Jack is part of Kaidou's crew, which is very well possible as there have been indications, then all of that is easily explained. The fact is that the Mink have not mentioned Kaidou at all and only talk about Jack, so that that elephant/mammoth would be jack is more likely than it being Kaidou.
