If Guy kills the other guy then yes, yes it is. Even if he dies (by his own technique) it's a win. If the other guy kills him then it is a loss.

RSM Naruto, Rinne Sasuke, JJ Madara, DMS Kakashi, Juubito(Gai can not breach Goudama by himself), and Kaguya/Hagoromo/Hamura/Momomishiki fused. Anyone else loses unless they can escape in time or find a way to outlast before they fodderized.
