The only reason why Tsunade can consistently stay young, is because she tampered with the seal.

It doesn't grant youth. Unless Sakura wanted it anyway, she could just figure out a way to do it. But it's apparently a common misconception.

Whats the point of having fake looks? When everything matters from whats in the inside. The meaning of love is not how pretty you look. Its about what you are from the inside. If Sasuke chose Sakura cause she will look pretty for a while than he chose her for the wrong reasons.
