Yes. For example. Kurama said Indra's Arrow would've one shotted him and completely blown him away if they hadn't gathered all that Nature Energy. Yet the explosion of both attacks was blocked by Naruto's Avatar, and he survived. Indra's Arrow is a bit over half that explosion's power, but its powerful enough to completely obliterate something that can withstand that explosion.

That's due to focused energy. If 2x BD explosion can do that much damage to PS, then something with BD's power alone, but focused, tears right through it.

And like I said above, Sasuke>>Obito in chakra power pre boost. We don't know how powerful the Juubi boost is in comparison to Hagoromo's boost, but I believe the Juubi's is the stronger boost by quite a bit. Though Sasuke was still far superior to Obito pre boost, so I doubt that Obito's PS tanks Chidori.

I think DMS Juubito could outlast high difficulty. Rinnegan Sasuke (I'm assuming this is Teen Sasuke),
simply has no way of actually beating Juubito. Juubito has a PS that's hard to break through, and Sasuke
has no attack that can both break through Juubito's PS, and last continuously for 5 minutes. The moment
Sasuke breaks through Juubito's PS, Juubito phases the same way Kakashi did against Kaguya. Then, Juubito
runs off and forms PS again, and as a Juubi Jinchuruuki, he has more chakra than Sasuke, and would eventually
outlast Sasuke.

Sasuke couldn't land one hit on Kaguya by himself. DMS Kakashi landed a blow on an even stronger version of her. Kishi made it clear that DMS Kakashi alone is comparable to them now add being a Juubi Jin and make it Obito.
